What is web hosting?
Web hosting is needed for every website on the Internet. All sites need a place to be stored and accessed from anywhere. The hosting server might contain only your website, which would be a dedicated server, or your site might be stored along with other websites. It is usually much cheaper using the shared server, compared to the dedicated server.
We generally offer the shared hosting plan to many of our clients as that is usually the cheaper route. We charge $180/year for hosting under your own domain name.
A new feature that we are adding at Cold Snap Technology is called “Brochure Hosting”. Basically this is a single page website, which we will host on one of CST's websites in its own directory. This would be an excellent way to just get your name out there and not spend much at all.
